Shipping Policy
Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
- Remote areas: 7–14 business days
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping: $10 flat rate
- Free shipping on orders over $250
- Oversized or heavy freight items (such as bulk hose orders) may incur additional freight charges. You will be contacted prior to dispatch if this applies to your order.
International Shipping We currently do ship internationally. International orders are shipped via Aus Post. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
